Current drought intensities according to the percentiles of total moisture storage, soil moisture and snow water equivalent (with respect to the climatological period from 1920 - 2010). The drought intensities criteria is consistent with U.S. drought monitor. The value in the parentheses shows the areal fraction of the domain that falls in each drought category.
